Walking the South Coast Challenge

Friends! Family!

Your support means so much to me... and having you walking with me would be awesome!  This is a brief outline of the walk, there are links to the South Coast Challenge website, or just give me a call to talk it through!

Save the date!

August Bank Holiday 2017.  Start time in Eastbourne is 08:00 on Saturday 26th August with the walk taking about 24 hours for the full 100k!

Potentially breakfast celebrations on the Sunday 27th back in Brighton...??

Distances:

  • 23k - This route is not a walk in the park as we go up and down the 'Seven Sisters'.

  • 50k - finishes in Hove Park and is the half way point

  • 100k - finishes in Arundel

Erm....The Seven Sisters are kinda hilly.....

come to mention it...not exactly flat after the Seven Sisters either!!

The 23k start is going to be tough going, it is by no means the easiest part!

If you do the 100k, this includes walking at night, and its advised that you train to be able to do this part.

All walks will need training... good kit and preparation!
